Follow Daily Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Follow Daily app, website, and services operated by Follow Ministries (“Follow Daily,” “Follow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using Follow Daily, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Follow Daily.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Follow Daily.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- Keeping your login information confidential
- All activity occurring under your account
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Community Standards
Follow Daily exists to help people follow Jesus in healthy, encouraging community.
You may not post, share, upload, or distribute content that is:
- Harassing, abusive, threatening, or hateful
- Sexually explicit or pornographic
- Violent or graphic
- Promoting self-harm
- Discriminatory
- Fraudulent or misleading
- Spam or malicious content
- Intended to bully, intimidate, shame, or exploit others
- Otherwise objectionable as determined by Follow Ministries
Follow Daily maintains zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Users who violate these standards may have content removed, accounts suspended, blocked, or
permanently terminated without warning.
Reporting and Blocking
Users may report content or abusive behavior through in-app reporting tools or by contacting support@followministries.org.
Users may also block other users within the app.
Blocking may immediately remove the blocked user’s content and interactions from the reporting user’s experience.
We review reports and may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and share through Follow Daily.
By posting content, you grant Follow Daily a non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform.
You are responsible for the content you post.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Interfere with app functionality
- Impersonate others
- Use Follow Daily for commercial spam or solicitation
- Upload malicious software or harmful code
Intellectual Property
All Follow Daily branding, logos, software, content, and design are owned by Follow Ministries or its licensors and protected by law.
You may not reproduce or distribute Follow Daily materials without permission.
Third-Party Services
Follow Daily may include links or integrations with third-party services.
We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Follow Daily at any time for violations of these Terms or for behavior we determine may harm users or the platform.
Disclaimer
Follow Daily is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Follow Ministries is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of Follow Daily.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States law.
Any legal disputes must be brought in Williamson County, Illinois, or the appropriate federal court in Illinois.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of Follow Daily after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
